Products, prices and contracts
Product descriptions, current prices, taxes, payment terms and delivery information are shown before an order is placed. The order confirmation identifies the seller responsible for the transaction. SFX Catalog usage rights are granted by the software licensor under the End User License Agreement supplied with the application and identified in the purchase record.
Current SFX Catalog Pro prices, upgrade offers and available purchase channels are published on the SFX Catalog product page. The applicable total, including taxes where required, is displayed before payment. Terms and commitments confirmed at purchase remain applicable to that purchase.
Where paid digital content is supplied immediately, the checkout may require the customer’s prior express consent to begin supply before the end of an applicable withdrawal period and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends when supply begins. The consent control must not be selected in advance.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law, where the product is materially defective or not as described, or where DigDeScript or the seller responsible for the transaction determines that a refund is appropriate. A full refund revokes the associated Pro license and its activations; the application remains available in Free mode. Requests may be sent to support@digdescript.com. The checkout seller’s applicable terms also govern the payment and refund procedure.
Statutory rights that apply to consumers are not restricted by this notice or by the software license.
Intellectual property and third-party content
Unless stated otherwise, the DigDeScript name, website content and DigDeScript software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software, sound libraries and other media remain subject to their own notices and license terms. Source and license information shown for third-party media should be retained by users with the media they download.

A consumer retains any mandatory protection and access to competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies available under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
